Using locally harvested fibres learn the basketry technique of coiling along with a variety of different stitches such as blanket and spiral stitch. You will also learn how to harvest and store plant fibres.

Create sculptural vessels with cane and the Japanese technique of random weaving. This is a versatile technique that can be used to make baskets and sculptures.
